We appreciate the great opportunity to present some of our work to paramedics from across Canada. We shared two of our tools that could be used by community paramedics providing preventative care to high risk patients – our FAST Food Screener (co-developed with community paramedics) and our new intervention to FRAME discussions about mental health risks and supports for heart failure patients.
