As our time in Paulatuk comes to an end, we reflect gratefully on our time here. Celina was absolutely right – it is impossible to understand what life is like here unless you experience it for yourself. We extend an enormous “Thank You” to all of the community members who shared their time, knowledge, and experiences with us. We hold your stories close to our hearts and acknowledge what a privilege it was to meet and learn from this community of dedicated and resilient food champions.
