We have arrived in Paulatuk. Good thing we are not craving pickles at $20 per jar or pop at $50 for 12 cans. Experiencing the cost of market foods up here for ourselves is a surreal experience and a very real reminder of the commercial inequities that families in this community face on a daily basis.
