The CCAER team presenting the latest findings from our Brain-Heart Interconnectome (BHI) funded community-based research project at the BHI State of the Science Summit in Ottawa. In partnership with two Ontario Health Teams, physicians and patient partners we co-designed, created and are now testing the FRAME tool to support discussions of mental health as part of comprehensive cardiac care.
