It was a joy to attend the Moving Upstream Knowledge Mobilization event co-hosted by the National Collaborating Centre for Determinants of Health and the CIHR Institute of Population and Public Health in Montreal, QC. Dr. Mwali Muray and I appreciated the opportunity to share learnings from our Catalyst Grant studying how systemic racism and ageism shape food policies in ways that impact the health of residents of long-term care homes from African, Caribbean, and Black communities. We look forward to continuing to engage with this community of like-minded scholars and knowledge users. There is much work still to be done!
