Eunice presented our work seeking to bring culturally relevant foods into long-term care homes to better serve the Indigenous and African, Caribbean and Black residents who call this place home. She spoke to a captive audience of long-term care administrators and staff at the Together We Care 2026 Convention and Trade Show in Etobicoke, Ontario.
