Energized after a meeting with Art Instructors at Perley Health to co-design an arts-based evaluation strategy for our STEP tool (which aims to improve preparedness for decision-making about long-term care-to-hospital transfers) to run in parallel with our pre-, post- intervention trial set to begin in Fall 2025.
