It has been a busy day for the CCAER team in Montreal! We gave an early morning ACFAS conference presentation to share our work on the impacts of patient-nurse language and cultural discordance in health care, and an invited afternoon presentation on our language as a social determinant of health research portfolio to the Advancing Equitable Access to Care for Quebec English-Speaking Minority Communities research team to inspire our future work together.
