We are excited to be here at the 2024 Canadian Association on Gerontology’s Annual Meeting in Edmonton to share seven different parts of our work focused on improving the health of older Canadians. Our presentations touch on food security, emergency department care, communication across language barriers, and transitions from long-term care to hospital. The cross cutting theme of our work is actively engaging older adults in our research and working together to improve access to equitable and high quality health care for aging Canadians.
